A GOOD QUALITY IRISH FOLD OVER TABLE / TEA TABLE, with serpentine shaped top that folds out to create a nice service to serve tea/coffee/food. The top is supported when open by a gate leg to the back, beneath the top is a single frieze drawer with hand cut dove tail joints and oak lined and a pair of brass tear-drop pull handles, the sides with a typical Irish design detail of a carved shell. The tapered rounded legs decorated with carved floral and foliage detail and terminating on carved pad feet. In very good condition, a fine solid handmade piece of furniture. 72cm tall x 74cm wide x 34cm deep (when closed).
