Two hobnail panel cut mallet form decanters, with stoppers, 31cm high, 19th Century (2)

More Information

Decanter one - large chip to the side and underside of pouring lip, approx 0.5cm deep x 1.5cm long; surface chip to pouring rim approx0.2cm deep x 2cm long, other minor nibbles. Some chips throughout hobnail cutting/banding to extremities. One chip to banding on neck, 0.2cm deep x 1cm wide.

Stopper - flake to one of the facets, from top point, 0.5cm wide x 3cm long

Decanter two - one flake to pouring lip 1cm wide x 0.2cm deep another similar dimensions under the pouring lip. one small chip 0.5cm wide x 0.2cm deep, other minor nibbles. small nibbles to banding on neck, chips to extremities of hobnail cutting/banding

Stopper - chip to top point, extending down the facet approx 0.5cm , nibbles to peg of stopper.

Both require an interior clean
