Oil on canvas relined some years ago, canvas has a very slight inward bulge, a fine scattered craquelure through much of the paint but most notably in the dark clouds and darker portions of the horses and figures, apparently unsigned, housed in an ornate, almost certainly original gilt gesso scroll frame with attribution plaque.
