A FINE 19TH CENTURY BRASS DOOR STOP IN THE FORM OF ADMIRAL LORD NELSON. A large brass doorstop in the form of Admiral Lord Nelson, standing in Naval uniform with a sword in his right hand, Nelson depicted with both eyes and arms. Standing on a stepped base with animal paw feet and oak stand with moulded border. 43cm high, 28cm wide. *CR Slight rubbing to surface, one screw holding brass to Nelson to the wooden base now lacking.
