32 3/4 inch, dumbbell blade with central fuller. Foliage etched panels, Kings crown over flaming grenade and field gun. The reverse with lightening bolts and Honourable Artillery Company. Owner's initials "R.D.S.". Forte with maker "Sigley & Co Sword Manufacturers 31 Gerrard St London W1". Steel pierced guard with HAC flaming grenade cartouche. Plain steel pommel and checkered backstrap. Shagreen grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its leather covered field scabbard, complete with leather sword knot.
