London Underground - a scarce 1935 quad royal sized 'bubble' map of the London Underground, each station noted within a bubble, showing the station and its nearby roads. 'Central Area And Surrounding Streets.' The design borrows from Harry Beck's tube map of 1933, but shows only the central stations in a more geographically accurate manner, opposed to the 'circuit' design of Beck's original. Edward Stanford Ltd printers noted to corner. Folded, some wear to the folds - notably on the left-hand side, but generally displays well. 40x50", approx. Believed to have only been printed in a very limited quantity for only one run, in early 1935.
