A mid 18c thirty hour longcase clock, the 25cm sq. brass dial signed Everard Billington, Harborough (worked in Market Harborough 1740-70) and having a single hand, silvered chapter ring, matted dial centre and scroll spandrels to the corners. The plated movement is chain driven and is countwheel striking on a bell. It is contained in a small oak case with flat topped hood and plain columns attached to the hood door. The trunk is narrow and has a long rectangular trunk door with a plain base and a plinth with a stepped cut out. The clock stands 194cm tall overall.
