A QUEEN ANNE SCOTTISH SILVER FOOTED SALVER

possibly by William Ged, Edinburgh 1710, assay master Edward Penman, circular form, engraved with an armorial, on an unmarked elongated raised circular foot. 16cm high, 30.5cm diameter, 29.2 troy ounces



The armorial is that of Spottiswood impaling Arbuthnot.



The marks are a little rubbed. One side of the tazza slopes down a little. There is age-related surface wear but generally in good condition.
