A scale model of a Penzance Lugger 'PZ207': set full sail over simulated plank deck, with capstan, deck grates and vents, the hull painted black to waterline and red beneath, on a wooden cradle, 133 x 128cm. *Notes-Built by John Blewett in the late 19th century a boat builder in Newlyn. He built two models and entered one into a model building competition in Kensington in which he won an award, that model is in the Science museum.
