AN EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER-MOUNTED CLARET JUG

by George John Richards & Edward Charles Brown, London 1842, the naturalistically cast handle issuing from a silver collar chased with Greenman masks, scrolls and fruit, the hinged cover with lion rampant thumbpiece. 26.5cm high



There are no cracks or damage to the glass. The marks are a little worn but decipherable. The hinged cover opens and closes well. No personalised engraving. In generally good condition commensurate with age and use.
