Fine scarce silvered crowned star mounted with THIRD WEST YORK circlet; domed centre mounted with gilt strung bugle with silver rose between the cords. Horizontal loops. VGC Became 3rd Battalion York & Lancaster Regiment on Friday 1st July 1881.
