A diamond and sapphire crossover ring, featuring an oval-cut diamond and a sapphire in collet settings, the shoulders channel-set with rectangular baguette-cut diamonds, to a flat shank, yellow metal with Italian assay mark '750', size O, total weight of item 6.3 grams. sapphire has been heat treated, with one replacement diamond on the shoulders. thinning to shank, bridge misshapen, would benefit greatly from clean.
