AN ANTIQUE 14 BORE PERCUSSION BACK ACTION LOCK DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN, fitted with 28½'' barrels, it has been totally refinished which has removed its former proof marks and makers name, the visible sections of its damascus barrels have been nicely rebrowned, it has retained its original ramrod and is in good working condition, it comes together with a 14½ bore 20'' barrel smooth bore flintlock musket bearing features identical to those encountered on early French made military flintlocks but lacking any makers marks on the lock, the barrel bears the letter D with a crown above, this mark has been previously encountered on a French military design percussion musket but never positively identified, t is in good working condition (2)
