A 17th century Welsh oak coffer / mule chest. The coffer having a rectangular chamfered edge top over a adjusted fall front fielded three panel front with brass bat wing key escutcheon. The base having two single drawers with brass swing handles. All raised on bracket feet with a serpetine apron.
