T. W. Brouard (Guernsey, early 20th century), Two naive style paintings of the White Star Line ocean liners RMS Titanic and RMS Aquitania at sea, with much smaller vessels to the foreground to emphasise the huge scale of the liners,. * gouache on board, each signed and dated 1925 lower left, in original frames. * Titanic 20¼ x 28¼in. (51.5 x 71.75cm.), Aquitania 21 x 29½in. (53.3 x 75cm.). (2). * Both framed behind glass - dirt behind glass and some surface dirt to paint, which is more pronounced on the Aquitania. Aquitania also has three mould spots to the paint surface to the funnels and some yellowed varnish patches in the sky, and a patch of paper adhered to the paint surface at the lower right margin. Both with some losses from frames.
