A late 19c striking French carriage clock in glazed brass case with chamfered corner posts and moulded base and top with a cast carrying handle. The two train movement has a lever platform escapement and strikes the hours and halves on a gong. The white enamel rectangular dial has moon hands and Roman numerals with outer Arabic five minute numerals. Clock with handle raised 20cms h.

Cast complete and undamaged but slightly tarnished. Glasses and dial undamaged. Escapement runs and movement seems complete but strike is jammed.
