Certaine Sermons or homilies appointed to be read in Churches, In the time of the late Queene Elizabeth of famous memory, printed by John Bill, Printer to the Kings most Excellent Majestie 1623, includes the Second Tome of Homilies, dated 1623, later re-bound in leather, end paper with handwritten inscription dated July 1898

Lacking spine, boards held with duck tape, ten front endpapers, five back endpapers, papers up to and including the preface pasted to reinforcing paper. Some pages tipped in or repaired with later reinforcing paper around the edges.
