TRUE DAFFYS ELIXIR. 4.5ins tall. Light blue glass, collared lip, bevelled sides. This is a very early (c. 1830 to 1835) Daffys example of a cross hinged/ pontilled medicine with just three lines embossed to the front panel (none of the other panels carry embossing - distinctly different to the norm'). A highly significant and important offering, extremely rare. Some minor wear and overall inner dullness - to clean or not to clean. (9/10, apart from the dullness).
