Percussion cap rifle converted from flintlock and probably shortened, lockplate marked with Victorian crown behind hammer and J. Forster/1860 in front, 53cm barrel, 95cm overall, 18mm barrel gauge, chequerboard grips, brass butt plate and trigger guard, about very fine. Obsolete calibre, licence not required to own.
