with blue glass fittings, the lid inscribed 'Anna'

Of country house worn appearance.
Traces of old wood worm and some metal mounts are detached.
Central glass jar and cover have been damages a crudely repaired.
One stopper is chipped.
Three sections of veneer missing (one medium piece is present).
Top is slightly warped.
