Punjab Medal 1849 with bars Goojerat/Chilianwala named (Lieut H. Swinhoe, 30th Bengal N.I.). Henry Swinhoe Died 22nd April 1861 en-route from Jubbulpore to Calcutta. Included are copies of hil Will and the Sale of his goods - sample pages for the latter which include 'two medals' - quite a few pages in all, he had a lot of bottled beer !
