Scarce 1/48 Scratch Built (Wooden) Demonstration Model of the Supermarine Spiteful. Model is hand painted and was likely used as an exhibition / demonstration piece. Comes in a purpose built wooden crate with BAC Exhibition plaque (which was likely added at a later date once Supermarine merged into BAC). Model has some age related paint flaking in places, otherwise good to very good.
