Great Britain: Whitehaven Race Stand Company Limited, £25 shares, 188[3], #4, black. Registered 19th March 1881. Horse racing commenced in Whitehaven in 1852 but this company formed after races moved to a new course. Closed in 1891 and the company liquidated. Light discolouration but VF and scarce issue.
