A LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY FROM DUNCAN ‘this bat was hand made by myself for Graham Dilley in 1981 and was one of two Fearnley bats used by him throughout the season, including the Headingly test, I refurbished the bat many years ago and it has been in my personal collection since’ it is understood that this bat was used by Graham during the third test against Australia in 1981 when he scored 56 in partnership with Botham who hit 149 not out to save the test.
