Pair of Large Sèvres Floor Porcelain Urns.
Late 19th Century, this pair is the epitome of class, elegance and esteem. With bronzed plinths, each urn is adorned with hand-painted gold gilding in scrolling, floral decoration with an exquisite mural of an ancient lady being visited by a winged cherub. With a acorn lidded top, the Sèvres marking can be found both underneath each urn and each lid. Both urns stand 74cm tall.
