A set of Chinese court beads, Qing Dynasty, 19th century, formed of one hundred and eight squisoma carved shell chao zhu beads, each 14mm diameter, interspersed with three lapis lazuli beads each flanked by two small amber beads, three strands of turquoise beads with amethyst drops, the yellow metal pendant enamelled and set with an oval lapis lazuli, 25mm by 18mm, overall length 130cm, 575.2g.
