1816 (Nov 20) Front from Adare to London with oval "WEIGHT ABOVE / PRIVILEGE" (DW2), an inspectors crown struck above this, both in black, charged 3/-, the charge and handstamps then crossed out, Dublin and London Free datestamps. A little reduced at right but unique, five examples recorded, this being the only one in black ink. Photo on Page 32.
