£150 - £250
A late George III mahogany wardrobe, possibly Channel Islands, the arched cornice inlaid with stylised foliate motifs, over a pair of panelled cupboard doors inlaid with geometric ebony stringing, applied with ebonised beading, opening to a vacant interior with a hanging rail, upon splayed bracket feet, 214cm H x 124cm W x 54cm D
Some loss of beading to both doors, light fading to both sides with minor split to the LHS lower panel.
Some loss of veneer to the LHS apron ( see additional images). Both doors appear to be tight when opening and closing, slight warp to the corners of the cornice.
Otherwise general light wear commensurate with age and use, the wardrobe appears to be structurally sound.
