Paymaster General. 1837-39 Printed wrappers, the first a large part wrapper (sides, lower flap removed) with printed address "To The Paymaster General, Whitehall, London" and "For Chelsea Hospital", boxed "No. 1" handstamp with "Wincanton / 5" Cl. Post" on reverse; the second unusually with the "On Her Majestys Service" heading and "OFFICE OF HER MAJESTYS / PAYMASTER GENERAL" printed in blue. (2).
