1923-24 Civil War, a 15-page signed letter from WT Cosgrave, President of the Executive Council of the Irish Free State to Most Rev. James Duhig, Archbishop of Brisbane, in response to a telegram from the Archbishop in relation to two letters received by him from the Irish Republicans Prisoners Dependents' Fund. Copies of the letters of appeal also included.
