Sir William Charles Ross (British 1794-1860) Portrait of a seated gentleman wearing a black coat initialled and dated 'WCR 1818' (centre right) portrait miniature on ivory 10 x 8 cm, framed 20 x 18 cm Ivory certification reference K9LBWEGQ In good colour. Ivory sheet is slightly concave. Some spots of surface dirt. Some blemishes to the curtains caused by air bubbles to the varnish.
