Both oils on canvas in honest untouched condition, the harbour scene shows a heavy craquelure throughout the sky, and otherwise is rather dirty with slight stretcher marks showing, River scene - canvas slightly undulating, a little craquelure in the sky and one tiny puncture hole near the top right, both in matching ornate parcel gilt ebonised frames that look to be original, no labels or inscriptions verso.
