A Victorian oval gilt wall mirror, the reeded and gadrooned frame surmounted with a ribbon and acanthus leaves over a scroll pediment, height 144cm x width 92cm, some damages and later repairs
Amended condition report - The frame has been repaired - there are a number of sections of the gesso moulding that have been glued back on an the frame has then been later re-painted. The bevelled glass plate does however appear to be original - there are some light fox spots in places and the back board of the mirror also appears to be original.
