A BR station sign, ALNESS, from the Dingwall to Invergordon section of the Far North Line to Wick and Thurso. The station closed in 1960 but was reopened in 1973 when this sign was erected. Aluminium, 60"15", original condition, together with a wooden sign from the platform dating from the reopening, 45"x15", original condition. (Dispatch by Mailboxes/Collect from Banbury Depot)
