A PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY CHINESE EXPORT PAINTINGS OF RIVER SCENES, possibly Canton region, one with ferries and sampans crossing from stilt houses, the other with larger vessels, sampans and small islands with a small fort, pagodas and other buildings, unsigned, gouache/ oil on paper, 30cm x 62.3cm, framed and glazed with 20th century backs (2) (Condition Report: both have many areas of white line scuffs or losses over the surface as well as losses around the edges, both have slightly rippled surfaces, the backs show damp staining and mould marks)
