A 19th century German Hanau silver dome-top casket, possibly by Simon Rosenau, allover relief embossed foliate and cherub decoration, supported on lion paw feet, casket length 10cm, 7.1oz
Good overall condition, a couple of the feet are slightly bent inwards, no other obvious damage or repair, high points slightly worn, interior gilding very bright, hinge working perfectly and lid closes firmly shut, marks slightly rubbed
