Guinea Pig Club Silver Brooch. Ward III of the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead West Sussex was nicknamed "The Sty" by the badly burned airman who was undergoing experimental skin grafting procedures by Sir Archibald Mcindoe. He named them his "guinea pigs".
