A 19th century pewter baluster flagon, elaborately cast in relief with parrots in reserves of extensive flowers and fecund foliage, conforming hinged domed cover centred by a spherical finial and enclosing a ceramic liner, Renaissance mask spout, scroll handle with lotus and acanthus, circular plinth foot, 35cm high, Rogers & Co., patent dated 1868
