French Model 1804 Bording Cutlass with curved single edged blade 595mm in length, maker marked "Pradier" and inspection marked. Cast brass grip with guard marked "V1837" and inspection marked. Overall length 735mm. Complete with leather scabbard fitted brass mounts.
Stitching to scabbard has split. Retains much original blackened finish to the grips.
