Chinese 19th Century Superb Pair of Finely Carved Ivory Figures of The Chinese Emperor and Empress. The Empress Is Depicted with a Ruji Scepter and Elaborate Headdress. The Emperor Is Depicted with Ceremonial Sword and Stroking His Beard. Both Figures Wearing Elaborately Carved and Very Finely Detailed Robes, Top Quality Carvings. Condition - Both Figures with Age Related Patina, The Emperor Figure has a Fine Hairline In Front of His Left Ear. Otherwise Superb Condition In Both Figures. Size - Emperor 13 Inches Tall & Empress 12 Inches Tall - Later Stand. Provenance - Comes From a Deceased Gentleman's Private Collection.
