Kangxi period, the table top decorated with a mythical beast chasing a pearl, on legs figured with masks and terminating on paw feet, 8.5cm high x 22cm wide x 15cm deep

Provenance: Inherited from the vendor's grandfather, a Royal Marine who fought in the Boxer Rebellion. By family repute this heirloom returned with him from China.
