A metal model of The Southern Cross on marble base 16cm x 9cm with plaque inscribed Miss Amy Johnson in admiration from Jo & Charles Ulm 1930. The Southern Cross the first ever trans -pacific flight to Australia from the USA in 1928. Together with a note from Amy’s mother, A Johnson to Mr Tomlinson (clock repairer) requesting he call and take a look at their long case clock and a photograph of May Johnson in 1917.
