Corgi Farm Issue comprising no. 1111 Massey Ferguson 780 Combine Harvester. Scarce Pre-Production Sample with accompanying letter from Corgi Product Manager, D J Baxter. This sample was sent to the US Distributor after complaints from them about the sharpness of the bottom of the header. The plastic yellow points of this component part were said to be of a hazard hence Corgi modified the mould to soften the points to which this sample showcases. An extremely interesting find with provenance. Appears generally excellent, just very minor specks of wear contained in very good to excellent box with inner packaging pieces plus two yellow elastic bands.
