Balzac armchair early 1990's design, by Matthew Hilton, tan leather easy chair, width 100cm, length 84cm wide, height 80cm
The chair does seem to have one foot off the floor. .Stitching all ok, see additional photographs online. Some surface damage to wood on the back of the right hand back leg ( see photo).
Balzac chair is in very good all round condition, stitching is all good, leather has some wear, lightly sun bleached and the central cushion surface has been stretched. There is a light but not noticable long scuff mark to the interior back of the armchair. Not sure if it is our floor but one foot appears fractionally shorter than the rest.
