These plates are from Fabre's Book of Insects. Retold from Alexander Teixeira De Mattos translation of Fabre's Souvenirs Entomologiques. Published by Tudor Publishing Company, New York 1935. The tipped-in colour plates are by Edward Julius Detmold.

Size: approx. Sheet – 7.5in x 10in (19cm x 25cm), Illustration – 5in x 6.75in (13cm x 17cm).

The prints are in excellent condition - please inspect the image carefully for any age related marks
