Obverse: Liberty seated right by Christian Gobrecht, looking over her shoulder, her cap on a stick and a shield at her side with 13 stars above and the date (1872) below. Reverse: Eagle with shield to breast holding olive branch and arrows in its talons 'IN GOD WE TRUST' on a scroll, 'UNITED STATES OF AMERICA' above and 'HALF DOL.' below. Edge: milled. Diameter: 30.6mm. Mintage: 880,600. Grade: MS 61. Sealed inside NGC holder (#6867540-005).
