A PAIR OF CHINESE RUBY GROUND PORCELAIN VASES, DAOGUANG MARK. Decorated in famille rose enamels with leafy chrysanthemum scrolls and peaches, with bands of ruyi heads, key fret and turquoise interior. Six-character seal marks of Daoguang to base, probably Republic period. Approx. 31cm tall. (2)

Probable repairs to necks of the vases showing up under UV light, signs of re-enamelling in those places. No visible cracks or chips.
