1895 set of fifteen to 5r, type 6 handstamp, mostly dated and neat cancels (except 1a), the 3a, 4½a and 7½a and 2r each with the scarcer "LAMU" cds, the others with "MOMBASA" squared circles. A remarkably fine set, far above average, with the only 4a (one straight edge) Only 520 issued of 2r, 568 of 5r, 719 of 3r, 780 of 5a and 868 of 4r, all those values (and the 1a) having individual BPA Certificates (1966) (3r, 5r) or RPSL Certificates (1972) SG 33-47
