ELLIOTT BROTHERS SPEED INDICATOR

Early 1900s, serial number 11773. Engraved 'G.Jutting' to its base.

Rotary speed indicator, a portable instrument to be used with any rotating machinery. The Elliott speed indicator was used for ships, tramways and light aircraft. Marked for measuring 500-2500 and 2000-10,000 scales.

The instrument weighs 480g, face measures 68mm diameter, height 80mm. Complete with original fitted box.

Lot includes:

Bentley temperature gauge, brass casing with glass face, 50mm wide on wooden plinth.
