Matched pair of Minton Secessionist vases, circa 1900, each of ovoid form decorated with stylised peacock feather and laurel leaf garlands in ochre and white against a turquoise green streaked ground, printed marks 'No. 1' (restored), heights 33cm x 32cm
Taller vase: Has some areas of restoration around the footrim. Fine craquelure to the glaze and some minor surface scratches.
Smaller vase: Restoration to the upper rim. Some fine craquelure and some discoloured craquelure around the base. Some minor surface scratches. There is also a rim bruise to the foot rim.
